Prepare the Package
Securely pack the rack in its original box with all hardware, ensuring the product is clean and in brand-new condition.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest designated carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item for any damage or use, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
